The Cost of Services
I accept insured and private pay patients. Please Note: at this time, I am not available to serve Oregon Health Plan enrollees.

My Fees
Professional fees are based on time spent. In the beginning, sessions are usually an hour long. A “New Patient Evaluation” should occur within the first three visits. Sessions become shorter and less frequent as your symptoms improve. “Brief med checks” are the norm once clinical results are stable.

Insurance
It is always better for patients when I am on insurer panels. I will aggressively apply to be on any panel that I hear about. In this way, patients can obtain the maximum value their plan coverage has to offer.

If you wish to complete the interactive insurance form on the link titled “Insurance Info Form”, I will provide you with an estimate of your cost, based on information supplied by your insurer. Usually I am able to provide the information within two business days. 

If you do not want to complete the online form, but still want me to check out your coverage, fax me a copy of:

The front and back of your member card The patient’s name and date of birth The insured’s name and date of birth The insured person’s address Phone numbers or your email (Indicate the preferred way to contact you for privacy or convenience.)

Private Payments
Private payments are made in full at the end of each session. When we schedule your appointment, I will estimate the amount of time we are likely to need, and advise you of the fee.

Individuals who pay privately receive a 25% discount.
